the very voyage to be for Owners account

- taxes / dues on cargo to be for Charterers account both at load and at disch port applicable for the Bedford cargo.

- Shore cranes expenses when needed to be for Charterers account

- All negotiations between all parties involved to be kept

confidentially.

- GA / arbitration in London / GB Law to apply

- sub further terms/details/conditions as per chrs' executed c/p

GNC’94 to follow by the moment when main terms are agreed and

presented to both parties in the fixture recap for mutual agreement is correct.
